MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Maintenance and Data Entry
- Assist with Customer Review Process and Social Media Presence
- Assist with Registration and Marketing Materials for Marketing Events, Conferences and Trade Shows
- Assist with Data Entry for ERP system and VIP Customer Account Setup and Maintenance
- Assist with marketing mailing campaigns
GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Answer Phones, providing courteous and professional customer service
- Intake of call in SERPRO software and notifying proper franchise teams
- Maintain company calendar/schedule: Ensure meetings are calendared and travel booked, resulting in compliant meeting attendance.
- Maintain company contact directory
- Maintain proper on-hand delivery of office and general supplies
- Uniform Inventory, ordering and disbursement to franchise location employees
- Tracking Customer Document status through DocuSign software
- Obtaining Insurance Adjuster Information and updating SERVPRO Work Center
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time, in-office
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
