Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee mitigation operations and manage restoration and cleaning processes
• Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following our production guidelines
• Manage job profitability, efficiencies, and job file documentation
• Create/review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
• Generate estimates in Xactimate as needed
• Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed
• Assist with hiring and training new team members

Position Requirements:

• Xactimate software experience: 2 years (Required)
• Restoration industry experience: 2 years (Required)
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• High school diploma/GED (Required)
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate math skills
• IICRC certifications highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces, attics, etc.)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00/year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• This is an on-call position and candidates need to be available at night and on weekends

License/Certification:

• Valid driver's license and your own vehicle is required for this position
• IICRC certifications highly preferred
