Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships will all regional Commercial Property Management groups
  • Be available 24/7 for emergency response efforts
  • Execute Service Agreements with Property Management executives and other commercial facility professionals
  • Join industry associations and attend marketing events
  • Organize and attend tradeshows related to the Property Management industry
  • Become an industry-recognized speaker and SME for restoration within in the Property Management sector
